Available for the whole range of IQOS products (IQOS 3 DUO), our Click & Collect service means you can buy on-line and then collect your order from whichever collection point is most convenient for you, without having to wait for a courier delivery at home. It is the ideal choice for those always on the move.

Once you have made your purchase, within a maximum of 2 working days, you’ll receive a notification letting you know that you can go and collect your order and begin your IQOS experience.

Using the IQOS Click & Collect Service couldn’t be simpler and can all be handled from our website. To use it, start by choosing a product from the IQOS e-commerce store and add it to basket.

When you have finished shopping, check your basket by logging in (if you have not yet created your free account, do so here).

After checking the basket, confirm your order (by clicking on CONFIRM ORDER) and then, on the next screen, choose to CLICK & COLLECT.

On the following screen, you can then choose your preferred collection point from the drop-down menu. To find out exactly where the Click & Collect Service is available, check the drop-down menu or the list given below.
