How to resolve possible issues with IQOS Club Points
IQOS Club members enjoy exclusive benefits designed to provide a premium experience. These include early access to new products, up to 30% discounts on IQOS accessories, monthly raffles, attractive rewards, surprises, special gifts, invitations to exclusive events, and much more. IQOS Club is completely free.
Each activity within IQOS Club allows you to accumulate points, now called iQoins, which you can use to unlock additional rewards and benefits. Some activities that generate iQoins include registering your IQOS device, participating in contests, or referring IQOS to adult smoker friends.
In addition to the iQoins, the IQOS Club has three levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum, which are achieved by accumulating level points. Here’s a breakdown of each:
Silver Level: When you register with IQOS Club, you’ll automatically achieve Silver Level and receive 50 IQOS points as a welcome gift. You’ll also be able to participate in exclusive contests and promotions.
Gold Level: Once you accumulate 600 level points, you’ll reach Gold Level. This gives you access to exclusive events, presales, and premium experiences.
Platinum Level: When you reach 1,200 points, you’ll achieve Platinum Level, which includes unique benefits like surprises delivered directly to your home.
Although you can redeem your IQOS Club iQoins for rewards, your level remains valid until the end of the following year. Keep in mind that the expiration date of your iQoins depends on when they were earned.

On December 31, all iQoins earned from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024 will expire. (On the other hand, iQoins obtained after June 30, 2024 will expire in June of next year). Take advantage of December to redeem those that expire.
Expiration of level points
Level points are earned and expire within the same calendar semester (January to June and July to December). All level points you earn within a semester will expire on the last day of that semester.
Common issues with IQOS Club Points
1. I can’t redeem my IQOS Club points (iQoins)

Can’t log in to IQOS Club? Follow these steps:
Check that you’re entering your password correctly.
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on “Forgot Password” in the login window.
Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
Once updated, you’ll regain access to IQOS Club.
Track your IQOS Club points (iQoins)
If you’ve made a purchase but noticed that your points balance hasn’t changed, it may be due to a system delay in updating your IQOS Club points.
