Fashion shows that can't be missed
On the 12th and 13th September, the Desfiles en la Ciudad (Fashion Shows in the City) will take place in different locations in the center of Madrid. The rest of the fashion shows will be held in Hall 14.1 at Feria de Madrid (IFEMA). Here are some of the most anticipated fashion shows and catwalks that can't be missed this year:
Ángel Schlesser (13th September - 19:30h)
To close the Desfiles en la Ciudad (Fashion Shows in the City), the designer Ángel Schlesser will present his collection for the Spring / Summer 2024 season at the Instituto Cervantes. This collection called Intersticio focuses on the feminine and elegant woman, with a special emphasis on strap dresses and close references to his previous collections. The main colors are black and white, with fabrics such as cadi and neoprene, as well as lace and ribbons.
Pedro del Hierro (14th September - 11:00h)
The Spanish brand Pedro del Hierro will present its Delirio Habanero Collection. Paying homage to Cuban fashion, the collection reinterprets elements of Havana: you'll see flavors representative of Havana, prints with an explosion of vibrant color, trends and silhouettes displayed in a festive atmosphere. The collection features attractive color combinations, a large presence of draping and the symbolic White Butterfly, Cuba's national flower.
Custo Barcelona (15th September - 17:30h)
Custo Barcelona's collection focuses on the creation of emotional pieces designed to provoke desire in women, highlighting creativity, innovation and surprise as part of the mechanics of desire. The color white is given emphasis and fused with a palette that includes turquoise, fuchsia, azalea, pink, yellow, black and orange, creating a speech aimed at enriching and complementing the wardrobes of women who value and bet on their personality and confidence.
