How to enable Bluetooth® in IQOS
- Sign in to your IQOS.com account.
- Before entering the app, ensure Bluetooth® is enabled on your phone*.
- Make sure your IQOS device is nearby.
- Enter the app and head to the ‘device list’.
- Select the IQOS device you would like to pair with.
- Follow the instructions displayed to you based on the IQOS device selected. For most devices, to enable Bluetooth®, you must turn your device off and on. Press the power button for 4 seconds to turn the device off, and repeat to turn it back on again. This will enable Bluetooth connectivity.
For IQOS 2.4+ devices, press the Bluetooth® button for 5 seconds until the Pocket Charger’s bottom light starts blinking blue.
What should I do if my IQOS device loses connectivity to the IQOS app?
- Your IQOS device is out of range from your mobile phone.
- Your IQOS device is out of battery or is turned off.
- Bluetooth® connectivity is turned off on your mobile phone.
- Bluetooth® connectivity is turned off on your IQOS device.
- After a firmware upgrade.
- If your IQOS device disconnects, make sure to reconnect it within 20 seconds.
- Ensure you do not exit the app during the update.
