How to find an IQOS store

IQOS is close to you, whether online or off. You can contact us through Live chat, buy online or go to your nearest store if you need to.

It’s easy to find an IQOS store with our locator. In this article we’ll show you how to use the locator and filter it by available services, and we’ll also answer some frequently asked questions.

The quickest, simplest and most convenient way of finding your nearest IQOS store is by using our store search. Go to the locator tool and allow es.iqos.com to use your location to show you the available stores in your area on the map. Whether you live in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, the Canary Islands or anywhere else in Spain, our tool will show you the store nearest to you.

The pin on the map with the Q from the IQOS logo shows you each individual store. A pin with a number corresponds to several different stores - tap or click to view them.

If you're browsing on your mobile device, tap on the map to show the store’s full address at the bottom of the screen. To move around the map, swipe with two fingers on the screen and spread them apart or move them towards each other to zoom out or in.

If you're browsing on your computer, you’ll see the addresses of available stores on the menu on the left-hand side. To zoom, click CTRL and move your mouse scroll wheel, to move the map hold down the left mouse button and drag.

If you’ve blocked location sharing and you want to change this to be able to use the store locator, we’ve explained how to change this back to location sharing in the section entitled ‘the locator can’t find my location’. If you’d rather not do this, you can use the search tool or map, and we’ll show you how next.

Using our locator, you can also find an IQOS store in any part of Spain, either by using the search tool or simply moving around the map.

• Locate an IQOS store using the search tool. To locate an IQOS store in a specific place, all you need to do is enter your chosen city, address or postcode into the search field: the map will pinpoint the area and you’ll see all the available stores on the map.
• Locate an IQOS store by moving around the map. Another option for finding a store is by simply moving around the map and dragging it in the direction you need.

By default, the search tool shows all stores that stock IQOS products, without distinguishing between the types of services on offer.

So, if you're looking for a specific service, you can use the filters to find your nearest store with this service.

• Technical Service: you’ll find all the stores that can help you with any issues with your IQOS (remember you can also find information in the Troubleshooting section if you don’t want to physically visit a store)
• Free Loan: to view all stores offering the IQOS device free trial (loan). You can also receive a device from the comfort of your own home via our website.
• IQOS Expert: find stores with IQOS experts. If you want to know more about our experts, read the Who are IQOS ambassadors and how can I contact one article. If you’d like to contact one of them directly, fill out the form and they’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible.

If you're browsing on your mobile and want to find a service on the locator, tap Filters at the top right-hand side of the search tool and pick your chosen service. Technical Service, Free Loan or IQOS Expert.

If you're browsing on a computer, click the service you need under Filters: Technical Service, Free Loan or IQOS Expert.

It could be that you haven’t authorised es.iqos.com to use your location, but don’t worry, you can change this. The exact process depends on your browser, but it’ll be similar to Chrome:

Click the ‘i’ inside the circle or on the padlock on your address bar. When the pop-up window opens, select Site settings. Look for the Permissions section and select Location. Click Allow and refresh the page by dragging down. (MOBILE)

Click on the location icon on the right of the address bar and select Remove this setting for future access. Next, refresh the page and authorise es.iqos.com to use your location. (DESKTOP)

If there aren’t any stores on the map, check it's not an error by shrinking the map until the locator finds a store.

If you’ve zoomed out of the map to show the whole of Spain and the locator still isn’t showing any stores, something isn’t working right. You could try using a different browser - the store search tool works on all operating systems and the most commonly used up-to-date browsers, but if you're using an older version it might not work properly. Open the locator page on Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari and refresh the page.
