How and why you should register your IQOS device
- Head to iqos.com and click on this icon that you will find in the top right corner or alternatively, access the are directly by clicking here.
- Register and create your new IQOS account or log in to your existing account.
- If you are registering for the first time, enter your details to complete your registration. Check the box accepting our privacy policy and, optionally, you can select to receive communications such as special offers to make the most of the IQOS experience, which will grant you access to the IQOS Club.
- If you are already registered but you have forgotten your password, just click where you read: “Forgot log in?”. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password and restore access. If you can't see it in your inbox, check the spam folder just in case.
- Once in, you will need to head to the devices section. This is accessible from the left-hand menu, by clicking on “My devices”.
- 2. Then, click on “Add new device”.
- Manually, by entering the code yourself. You will find it in the box of your IQOS device further down in the article, we show you where to find it.
- Automatically, by using your device camera to scan the code. To do so:
- Click on the barcode icon, see below (important: do not do it directly from your camera, as it won´t work – Please do it by clicking the barcode icon).
- Authorize the website to use your device's camera if necessary.
- Scan the barcode that you will find on the box of your IQOS device.
