My IQOS ILUMA pocket charger is not charging

You have already plugged the pocket charger into the electrical outlet, but the bar lights are not flashing. This means that your IQOS ILUMA or IQOS ILUMA PRIME pocket charger is fully discharged or that the device is not charging with the USB cable plugged in.
Here's what you can do:
  • Leave your device plugged in for 2 hours for a full charge: if the battery is depleted, 15 minutes of charging time can pass with an AC power adapter and the charging cable until the yellow light starts flashing. Note that your pocket charger can power the holder for up to 20 charges only if it is fully charged.
  • Check if your device is covered by warranty: if the pocket charger is not charging the holder and the status light is flashing red, this is a warning that there is a charging or battery related problem.
