Learn to take care of your IQOS and let nothing stop you

We recommend cold cleaning your device every 20 uses, taking special care not to damage the heating sheet and using the IQOS cleaning sticks.

To maintain the battery of your device and increase its lifetime, it is important that you always use the official chargers for the necessary time.

In the event that it is the first time you charge your IQOS, do not let it completely run out of battery.

Do not force your IQOS device when inserting the tobacco units for heating. If you notice that they do not fit well, try cleaning the head and inserting it again.

On the other hand, if your device appears to have a problem or unusual lights appear, try restarting it. To do this, you just have to press the charger button until the lights disappear. After shutting down they will blink twice and then slowly turn on to let you know that it has been successfully rebooted.

Finally, try to always keep your device in a cool and dry place, since exposure to the sun, cold or areas of high humidity can influence the optimal performance of IQOS.
