1. Fira de Santa Llúcia
Dates: From November 29 to December 23, 2024

Location: Avinguda de la Catedral.
The Fira de Santa Llúcia, also known as the Santa Lucia Fair, is one of Barcelona's most iconic Christmas markets, traditionally held on Avinguda de la Catedral. Recognized as the oldest fair in the city, it features around 300 stalls primarily offering nativity figurines, along with an array of handcrafted gifts. Visiting the fair both during the day and at night is highly recommended to fully appreciate the enchanting atmosphere it offers at all times.
2. Fira de Reis Gran Vía
Dates: December 15, 2024, to January 6, 2025
Hours:
Sunday to Friday and holidays: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Saturdays and the eve of holidays: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
January 5: Open from 10:00 AM until dawn
Location: Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes, between Calabria and Muntaner streets.
The Fira de Reis de la Gran Vía, or the Gran Vía Kings' Fair, first took place in 1877, originally featuring only toys and candies. Today, it boasts approximately 200 stalls offering a diverse selection of products, including gifts, clothing, and decorative items. The most popular times to visit this fair are St. Stephen's Day (December 26), a holiday when most shops are closed, and the evening of Kings (January 5-6), either before or after the parade. 3. Festivalet
Dates: December 14 and 15, 2024
Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM both days
Location: Former textile factory of Fabra i Coats in the San Andreu neighborhood.
Festivalet, Barcelona's first contemporary design and craft fair, was established in 2009 and has become an essential annual event. It brings together a curated selection of prominent national and international designers and artisans, such as Andrea Viêntëc, Grau Cerámica, and Moonlin.
Held every December, this fair has become a beloved holiday tradition for thousands of visitors seeking unique, high-quality products. In addition to the craft offerings, there will be stands dedicated to selling materials for craft enthusiasts and handmade products, as well as food stalls where attendees can enjoy a bite to eat. Festivalet is a celebration of originality and talent, making the shopping experience special for everyone who attends.
4. Fira de Nadal Sagrada Familia

Location: Plaza de la Sagrada Familia.
The Fira de Nadal de la Sagrada Familia, also known as the Sagrada Familia Christmas Fair, is considered the youngest of Barcelona's three major fairs (alongside the Fira de Santa Llúcia and the Fira de Reis Gran Vía). Set in an exceptional location with views of the iconic basilica, it features around a hundred stalls offering a variety of products, including Christmas trees and plants, nativity scenes, holiday decorations, gifts, artisanal items, as well as seasonal candies and sweets.
5. Nadal al Port Vell
Dates: November 29, 2024, to January 6, 2025

Location: Plaza del Portal de la Pau and surrounding areas.
Nadal al Port, also known as the Fira de Nadal Port Vell or the Christmas Fair at the Port of Barcelona, is the holiday market located by the sea in the city's old port, near La Rambla and Moll de la Fusta (the wooden pier). Here, visitors can find Christmas items for home decoration, as well as crafts and gifts. There is also a food area where guests can sample a variety of delights. Among its attractions is a Christmas tree illuminated with over 30 meters of LED lights and a floating nativity scene that adds a magical touch to the ambiance.
