THE IQOS 2.4 RENEWAL PLAN is a campaign whereby we will replace all older IQOS 2.4 devices registered in the IQOS consumer database with an updated model (the IQOS 2.4 PLUS) free of charge.
Requirements to adhere to the campaign
- You must have purchased an IQOS 2.4 on the Spanish market (Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
- You must be registered in the IQOS consumer database with an active IQOS 2.4 (device and charger) with a postcode (peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands) or must be able to provide an address with a postcode in peninsular Spain or the Balearic Islands.
- You will need to return your old IQOS 2.4 (device and charger) when the new IQOS 2.4 PLUS device is delivered.

How to take part in the 2.4 Renewal Plan
Starting 16 October, if you are a registered IQOS user, you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS text message with a promotional code and a link taking you directly to the programme page. The process is very simple:
- Visit the web page through the SMS or e-mail link.
- Select your preferred IQOS 2.4 PLUS kit (white or navy blue) and add it to the basket.
- Log in with your credentials or, if you do not yet have an account, register as a new user on the website.
- Use the promotional code you have received by e-mail or SMS.
- Choose your preferred delivery method: to your home or an authorised store.
- Within 7 days, you will receive an SMS and e-mail giving you details of the delivery.
You have until 20 December to make the most of this campaign and update your 2.4 device free of charge, at the same time as renewing the warranty for another two years.

1. Can I exchange more than one device?
Yes, you can exchange all the IQOS 2.4 devices registered and, in your possession, (i.e. you are able to return). Replacement will need to be requested through separate orders: one at a time.
2. I have an IQOS 2.4 PLUS, can I adhere to the campaign?
No, we are sorry, but this campaign is only valid for upgrading the IQOS 2.4 model.
3. I have placed my order, but I need to change the delivery address. Is this possible?
Once the order has been placed, within 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail and SMS text message informing you of the date of delivery and notifying you that you have until 23:59 of that day to change the delivery. You can always change the address for a different address in the same area, i.e., as a rule, when the postal code is the same as the one in the previous address.
4. Can I change the colour of my IQOS?
Yes, you can choose the colour you like when entering your code.
5. I have an IQOS 2.4 purchased on a different country, am I eligible?
No, the campaign applies to devices purchased in Spain and registered in the IQOS Spain database only.
6. I only have the 2.4 device or pocket charger to return. Can I adhere to the campaign?
No, we regret to say that you cannot. In order to exchange your IQOS, you will need to return both the old device and pocket charger.
7. Do I need to return the complete kit?
Only the device and charger. You do not need to return the cables and cleaner nor the box.
8. My IQOS is broken, can I adhere to the campaign?
Yes, as long as you are physically in possession of it and can return the two parts, we can exchange it through the Renewal Plan.
